According to Porter Airlines' cancellation policy, passengers cannot cancel the base fare at any time except within 24 hours of purchase.
A future travel credit equal to the unused portion of the ticket will be issued to customers cancelling tickets with Porter Airlines. This credit note is valid for one year from the date of issue.
When Porter Airlines cancels a reservation within 24 hours of booking, the cancellation fee will be waived, but only if the scheduled departure date is at least seven days away.
According to Porter Airlines' cancellation policy, if a customer misses their flight and does not request a cancellation, the cost of the unused portion of their ticket will be non-refundable. It cannot be applied to future travel.
Under Porter Airlines’ cancellation policy, the airline reserves the right to waive cancellation fees for passengers.
Porter Airlines charges a one-way cancellation fee per person, and this is the customer's responsibility.
Porter Airlines 24 Hours Cancellation Policy
Since the scheduled departure date must be at least seven days from the time Porter Airlines requests the cancellation, passengers are allowed to cancel their tickets without penalty within 24 hours of the booking date. Porter Airlines’ 24-hour cancellation rules and limits are listed below.
Porter Airlines will honour 24-hour cancellations for limited and unrestricted fares.
On changed flights, Porter Airlines’ 24-hour cancellation policy will be restricted.
Porter Airlines group bookings, i.e. those with more than nine passengers, are not subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy and are subject to Porter Airlines’ group cancellation policy.
